We wish to point out that in its ruling of 12.05.98 -312 O 85/98, covering liability for links, the regional court (LG) in Hamburg decided that any person including a link may be held jointly responsible for the contents of the linked page. According to the regional court, this can only be prevented if the person including the link expressly dissociates himself/herself from all links.
