If you want to exchange a product, you must first make a new order of the item you want instead in our webshop.
You also need to fill in the return slip which also was included in your package from us.
Once we have received and accepted your return item, we will return your original deposit to you.
As a starting point you cannot order product which is sold out. Should this happen anyway, we will contact you directly.

If you regret your purchase it is important that you give us notice of this by writing to us at info@nordisk.de. You also need to fill in the return slip you received with your item. The product must be unused and returned in original packaging incl. hanging tags that have not yet been removed from the product. You have 14 days to return the item to us from the time you have informed us that you have regretted your purchase.
