When can you expect to get your products delivered?

We ship same day if you order is placed before 12 noon. UK Deliveries normally take 5-7 working days.

Who delivers?

UPS delivers to an address of your choice.

What does the freight cost?

- We always send packages to you free of charge if your total order is at least £150.00.

Can I change the contents of an order or change address?

It is possible to change an order if your package is not made ready for shipping. Therefore, you must contact customer service as soon as possible on tel. +49 (0) 4106 76770 in order to change your order. We cannot, however guarantee that we can do the change if your item is packed and ready for shipment.

If I do not receive my order confirmation?

You may have entered your email address incorrectly. You can correct it yourself online, after which you can write to us at info@nordisk.de and ask us to send a new order confirmation.

The email can also get stuck in your own SPAM filter.

Can I follow my goods after they have been shipped? (Track and Trace)

We include Track and Trace numbers on the delivery note you receive from us.
